What if it builds the wrong thing?
Tell it what is wrong in the chat, the same way you would tell a person. You can also go back to any earlier version with the history button above the chat.
Will I lose my work?
No. Every app is saved in your account under My apps, with all its versions. Your published website stays online while you keep working.
My app says "Waking your app back up"
Apps you have not opened for a while go to sleep to save energy. When you open one, it wakes up, usually within a few minutes. Your work is all there, and your published website stays online the whole time.
Do I own my app?
Yes. You can download the full source code at any time from the files of your app and take it to any developer.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. growapps.ai works on phones. To try the app you are building on your phone, press Export, then Scan to preview.
Is it in my language?
Write to it in your language and it answers, and builds, in that language. Greek and English are both used every day.
Something is stuck. How do I get help?
Use the round help button at the bottom right of any screen, or Send feedback in your Account. A thumbs down on a chat reply also tells us something went wrong.
Words you will see
- Preview
- Your app running live inside GrowApps, on the right of the chat. Only you see it.
- Publish
- Put your app on the internet with its own address, so anyone can open it.
- Credits
- What the AI spends while it works on your app. Plans give you credits every month.
- Export
- The yellow button where you publish to the web, Google Play or the App Store, and invite people.
- Integrations
- Ready made extras for your app: sign-in, saved data, payments, analytics.
- Template
- An app someone else built and shared. Remix it to start from a copy.
