Use case
How to create a booking app with AI
A booking app has one job underneath all the polish: match a person to a free slot without a phone call. GrowApps builds that from a plain description of your services and your availability, giving you a real calendar, a database of bookings and a live app someone can actually book through the same day you describe it.
What to include
The screens a booking app needs.
- A service list with duration and price for each option
- A calendar or time slot picker showing real availability
- A confirmation screen and a booking record the customer can view or cancel
- A provider or admin view of the day's schedule
- A reminder or a simple notification when a booking is confirmed
Try it yourself
A prompt you can paste into GrowApps.
This is a realistic starting prompt, not a placeholder. Change the names, numbers and details to your own before you use it.
Build a booking app for my hair salon, Salon Elena. List 3 services: haircut 30 minutes, color 90 minutes and blowdry 20 minutes, each with a price in euros. Let a customer pick a service, see available slots for the next 2 weeks based on a 9am to 6pm working day, and confirm a booking with their name and phone number. Give me an admin screen showing all bookings for the current day.
What GrowApps sets up
The parts you would otherwise wire up by hand.
Sign in for the provider, guest booking for customers
The person running the calendar gets an account, while a customer can often book without one.
A bookings and availability database
Slots, services and confirmed bookings are stored and checked against each other so nobody double books.
Payments, if you take deposits
Stripe can be connected to charge a deposit or the full price at the time of booking.
Hosting
The booking page is live at a shareable link the moment the preview is ready, so you can send it to a customer directly.
A Play Store bundle
When you are ready to list it properly, GrowApps produces the signed Android App Bundle and guides you through the Play Console steps.
Honest limits
What a first build will not get right.
Showing services, real availability and a confirmation screen is a normal first build. Syncing two way with an existing calendar such as Google Calendar, or with a legacy booking system you already use, is a heavier integration and takes more back and forth to get exactly right, and recurring or multi provider scheduling across several staff calendars usually needs a second pass after the first version is working. Check a handful of real bookings yourself before you rely on the calendar for a busy day.
Cost
What building this costs in credits.
A first build like this uses about 4 credits on average. New accounts get starter credits plus 1 free credit a day, up to 10 a month, no card required. Standard is 20 US dollars a month for 20 credits, Pro is 200 a month for 300, and unused credits roll over for a month.
Frequently asked questions
What people ask before building a booking app.
Will the booking app stop people from double booking the same slot?
Yes. Bookings are checked against your stored availability, so once a slot is taken it stops showing as free.
Can customers cancel or reschedule themselves?
Yes, if you ask for it when you describe the app. GrowApps can add a screen where a customer views their own booking and cancels or picks a new time.
Can I connect this to my existing Google Calendar?
It can be added, but a two way calendar sync is a more involved integration than the booking flow itself, so expect a few extra rounds of conversation to get it right.
Describe your booking app and see it built.
GrowApps plans it, writes the Flutter code and gives you a live preview the same day.
